If I have X, Y, and Z birds, what are my options to bring in for more fun?

I have for buckeye hens and a rooster and then to Americana hens and a rooster. I'm looking to add probably two more breeds. I'm considering cream legbars and also blue Marans. I'm going for colorful eggs and a friendly flock.

If I put one of my buckeye hens under the americana rooster, do I have a chance of an olive Egger? I love my buckeyes, but I'm not super interested in getting a lot of Buckeye checks. Are there any other ways that I could use them for hybrid chicks?

Any other friendly breeds with colorful eggs that I'm not considering and maybe should consider?

I have a amerucana Welsummer cross who lays a green blue egg. It might work out that way for your cross. It looks exactly like the other two pure black amerucanas.
