To Thanksgiving I mean.
We were told to bring something to my SIL's place, but she didn't say what... So I'm making Oreo Cookie Bark for the snack/appetizer/dessert table.

1 package chocolate sandwich cookies with creme filling
2 packages white chocolate (I used 2 large almond bark coating blocks, in regular chocolate)

DIRECTIONS
1. Line a 10x15 inch pan with waxed paper. Coat paper with non-stick vegetable spray and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, break the cookies into coarse pieces.
3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate according to package directions. Remove from microwave and quickly fold in broken cookie pieces. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread to cover.
4. Refrigerate until solid, about 1 hour.
5. Remove bark from the pan and carefully peel off waxed paper. Place bark on a large cutting board and cut with a large chef's knife. Store in airtight container.

I'm making white chocolate with mint creme cookies, white chocolate with chocolate creme cookies, and chocolate with regular oreo cookies. It looks yummy

ETA-- Maybe I should have posted this under Family Life? Since I don't really see Thanksgiving related stuff here. Oops.

That looks REALLY good. I may have to steal, I mean borrow your idea!!

We are actually bringing the turkey, the deviled eggs, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin pie. And now, the Oreo Bark.

Hi!
We'll be hauling a cooler-ful of goodies down south to Mom's.
smoked turkey
cornbread dressing and giblet gravy
squash casserole
broccoli casserole
deviled eggs
yeast rolls
ginger cheesecake

My Mom is under-the-weather this year but still wants everyone to gather at her house. She's baking a ham and the sibs are bringing other sides and desserts (mac&cheese, sweet potatoes, etc).
It should be interesting

It's just us three and my sister's family (another three), and we're going to her house, which is only about 5 miles from ours.

I'm taking:

The TURKEY (because it's one of ours!!)
Cornbread dressing
Sauteed shredded sweet potatoes
Sweet Potato dinner rolls
Cranberry chutney

And I'm contributing some of the fresh greens from our CSA basket to the salad my sister is making.
