If you crossed a Sebastopal Goose with a different domestic breed, could the offspring fly?

First gen Sebastopol crossed have very few curly feathers "usually just on their backs". Some don't have any at all even though they are 50% Sebastopol. So they could get off the ground like most every breed can "except the heavy breeds". Like said the can get off the ground but I wouldn't call it flying per say. Not for any distance anyhow.

what about a greylag and sebastopol

I've had graylag crossed with 4 different goose breeds and only a random few could fly (very well). It depends on how well the flight feathers grow and how slim the geese will look.

A greylag gander crossed with a Seb will give you a better chance of having geese that will fly. The gander should be the father since the babies seem to get the body image of their fathers. But if the goslings get flight feathers like a seb they will never fly.
