I think that we need to tailor our answers to the people we are answering. I stick by my statement that there is a huge difference between being honest and to the point, and being crass, rude and cruel.

Well if that is the case maybe BYC should have a requirement to post your age on your avatar. There can be some very grown up teenagers as well as some juvenile adults. How can you tell the difference to temper your answer to the age appropriate levels?

That is actually against BYC rules, as it could be dangerous for younger users.

I think it is wonderful to speak your mind and be right to the point!!!! However bringing unnecessary negativity to a thread........I am sick of it!!!! it ruins things for everyone.
