Thought I might post some pics of our week before Easter cockerels. I'm thinking these guys are going to all be rehomed, but they are a handsome bunch. Anyone looking for MORE roosters??? Lol! They all are crested and they all look like they might have the mottled gene too. They come from a flock that lays a LOT of white eggs. They are light weight and will not eat a lot, even when they are older. They will make great flock protectors.

I am looking for hatching eggs near rockford. I have a broody and no fertile eggs to give her. I am looking for orpingtons, barred rocks, or breeds like that.

We woke up this morning to find that 3 of our 4 hens were no longer with us... The culprit I suspect was the Raccoons. We would like to replace two ameraucana and one light brahma. Need to replace quickly so our last Ameraucana isn't left by herself for too long. Will come and pick up ASAP if you have any available. Only pullets please as we can not keep cockerels.

Being new to this website I was curious if anyone in IL knows where I can buy juvenile pulletts? I am looking for Barred Rock, Amaraucana, Light Bantam. I know that I can buy them online and have them shipped to me but if I can support someone locally that would be great! Any advice would be welcome.

We have a Black Andalusian rooster that we need to get rid of and hate to cull simply because he's so beautiful. We are willing to give up for free if you come get him or are in the area. We are in the Quad Cities. Will post a photo if you need it. We will be culling him within a week or so if we can't find a home.
