Teddy has the same thing -in the same spot. I've also seen it in other seramas. It comes & goes. I thought it came when he was cold & clears up when out in the sunshine. If it was the whole comb, I'd be worried about heart. It could be a serama thing or maybe a circulation issue. Let me know if you find more out.

I can see them now! I really wanted to see a pic of cookie and babies piled all around her and of course try to play where's waldo looking for the serama. (I'm guessing she's standing next to the two spitzies in the back left corner)

One serama is getting pink in the comb. The other three still have very pale, flat combs. I seem to be hatching so many females this spring.

My best guess is you have 2 boys and 2 girls (2&4). The second picture is really fuzzy though. And i always seem to guess wrong with the laced ones.
