It's probably cheaper in other states too. Although, Indiana is certainly no cheaper for apple picking and pumpkin patches in my experience. Indiana border (down I-80) is the closest for me.Maybe someone else would like the info. I didn't know if you were doing a wekend get away or what. .. We camped outside of Menards Prison,, There was a tour of a Historic home by the campground. There was also a restored old cemetery with grave markers from over one hundred years before.
Illinois caverns. They were closed for a while,,, but my understanding is,,, they reopened.

LOL The one in Missouri is closer to me. I also go there because it is where I grew up and I have family around. Those seem to be some neat places I will have to look into. Thank you. But we live closer to Woodstock IL (where they made the movie “Groundhog Day”). I doubt their little rodent would even come outside in all this snow. My chickens certainly didn’t!
