Yes, it's the back right branch. As for the new limbs being over the fence, it's very possible, but I think they'll be up high enough at that point. I figure anything over 8ft upis fair game. Three fence is east of the tree, so the tree doesn't block sunlight from the neighbors tomatoes that isn't already blocked by the fence all afternoon. Also the neighbor is friendly and likes to garden too, so I'm sure he would let me in his yard for pruning in the future if needed and wouldn't mind some totally free peaches. I just don't want low branches racing over that may get in his way, which is what I had to prune off on that side of the tree - although I think those branches would have come off even if the tree was in the middle of a clearing because they were hanging downward and one was damaged.
