Hello,
I’ve noticed a few of my hens combs drying out as the temperatures have dropped. Two days ago the temp dropped into the single digits. I have a huge barn they can stay in which keeps them out of the wind so I thought it would be okay to let them out of the coop however that night I noticed one of my hen’s combs was bleeding a little. (You can see the scab in the photo) I wasn’t sure if she was pecked or if it was from the cold. Now it looks worse, of course Google has me completely panicked thinking the worst.
The chickens have no other symptoms other then a few sneeze here and there.
Any help would be great!
