My hubby is a tattooer, so I have a few. Not as many as some, but a few just the same.
My first was a large scene on my lower back of 7 different tree frogs and bromiliads. Not such a good tattoo. BTW, not by the hubs.
Second was a large Petty girl on my right thigh. She goes from almost to my knee to the crease in my leg where it bends. It is from a Ridgid tool catalog and she is straddling a pipe wrench. She's cute, you can see her on my hubby's page at tattoopimp.com.
My third was on my left thigh, and is of yet, still unfinished. It's a geisha girl with a big background with glory rays and clouds. Gotta get that one finished!
My fourth was a traditional anchor on the back of my left arm (above my elbow) that says Dad. He's a boat captain and a former sailor.
My fifth was a beautiful red/yellow rose on the back of my right arm (mirroring the anchor) that says mom. I got it for her birthday.
My sixth was on my left bicept from almost elbow to shoulder, it's an interpretation of a very old traditional Sailor Jerry design. She's a mermaid holding a baby boy mermaid, but instead of sitting on the anchor she was originally on, she's on a tiger shark. When the hubby and I were in Hawaii summer before last, we went snorkeling and almost became lunch for a 15' tiger shark that was eating a dead manta ray.
my seventh was a day of the dead skull, very colorful, with spider web wings, on my right upper arm/shoulder area.
Future work? Definitely finish my geisha, it was started in 2001, right after me and hubby got married, time to knock that one out.....
Next a sleeve on my right arm that has lots of color, a kewpie doll, and probably at least one chicken.
After that, a sleeve on my left arm, more traditional, probably more sailor stuff (I was navy too).....
Oh, and tattoos for my 2 boys, but not sure what, or where!
