Yeah, he was pretty pleased with that one and shared it with all his hunting/fishing etc. etc. buddies

I've gotta give him credit though, he built me a very nice 8x12x7' high lean-to style coop with an attached 10x30 run and....the freezer is alway full.

At least your not out sleeping with them,pipe down guy a girls gotta have something to destress.It's like any other pet they just love you with no wants,or complains in return.

I get the same from my Dad he's a "Us first them second" which makes me wanna scream cuz I care for him all day,I guess they're jealous.

Then again he just bought myDD & me these for next years 4H.

Thanks for reminding me that there are reasons why I am happy to be single. I need a reminder when I am feeling a little lonely. But I do love my chickens.

I am afraid I would know who would go if I were given an ultimatum.

My huuby is great about the chickens now that we are getting eggs. He has never been "into" chickens, but I do ALL of the care for them. As long as he doesn't have to mess with them, he's alright. But, then again, I am TOTALLY busy all day and most of the evening, so I don't get to chill out that much with the chicks, especially since we got the goats. My chicken girls are more independant spirits who range around the farm and pester me and the kids for treats.
