My mother has an adversity to cooking game. It kind of irritates my dad and I. She has 2+ elk in her freezer and she buys meat. I don't like the elk to go to waste. But their house is not my house and I'm sure what they do t use will be given to me or one of their friends' kids.My mother always made hers with 50% ground beef and 50% ground pork. She was another that didn't eat game meat.
