Beef jerky as a snack, if you can afford it. Chicken for meals. Lots of chicken. If you cut it into thin strips, pound it with a hammer to tenderize, dip it in egg, and sprinkle it with salt and pepper before cooking, you'll have a mighty mouthwatering dish.Anyone have protein ideas?
