I'm in it for the eggs

I pickle tons of quail eggs that i raise here. We sell them to little country stores and bars here also. They sell almost as fast as I can pickle them.

How do you pickle and seal them? Do you just keep them room temperature when you sell them?

I can't wait to try pickling some.

Only 6 more weeks to go as the fuzzy butts just hatched 2 days ago...haha!

We have done all sorts of recipes since we started but it's as easy as pickles, eggs instead of cukes

Most just pour the hot pickling mixture in the jars of eggs and refrigerate. Post 25 of this thread has a recipe, or you can use the same recipes people use for pickles.

I found several great recipes for pickled quail eggs on the internet. Both for dill and spicy
