I like the silkies, but im more a fan of the chickens that lay me eggs for eating hatching and who i dont have to bathe.

HOwever, if we move into a home where I dont have much land I'll be all gun hoe into the silkies, cochins and seramas

I have to disagree, I love my silkies. Snakeman brought me my first one home and now I have 12 adults and no telling how many babies I have hatched out so far. I should get a count on them, I know there is a lot but I have the room for many breeds of birds so I can have them all. I feel truly bleesed about that.
