I'm one of those people who doesn't get hungry! It has gone on for years.... Most of the time I remember I need to eat when I've been flat out all morning and start to get the shakes in the late afternoon from lack of sugars!
I know that it is important to eat for my health and wellbeing so I try to make an effort. I find that if I eat earlier in the day it makes me hungrier for more food! I can't eat breakfast though... that is the one time of the day that my body really fights food! Some mornings if I make breakfast & try to eat it I can't even get myself to swallow!
I went to see a gastro specialist years ago & they just said that trying to eat small amounts & often is the best thing... but I know what you mean, sometimes you just simply forget to eat because your busy and your body doesn't ask for it!
but then other days I eat like I have never seen food (not because I'm hungry.. but because it is there!).... and can stomach more in one sitting than most grown men
