I am chubby but I personally have issues with eating because of my antidepressants. Makes my appetite zero. Screws with my metabolism, I'm sure, which is why I am not losing weight because of it. I typically love strong flavored foods, but recently, I can barely stomach more than a bland diet. My modified "BRAT" diet (bananas rice applesauce and toast) is bananas, rice, yogurt, and eggs. I gotta take a multivitamin with whatever I eat once a day, since I know I am not getting what I need. And I am like a lot of other people, I just cannot eat in the morning, the thought of food makes me nauseous. It kinda sucks sometimes, feeling hungry but also feeling like any food is repulsive and vomit inducing.
