The first batch is already in one of my incubator's. The second batch is supposed to be delivered on Saturday.

When I first got bielefelders I got them from skywalker on ebay. I didn't have the best luck with his chickens, but hopefully it goes better for others.

What kind of problems did you have? I'm not sure I want to try my luck at Hatching any shipped eggs. It's "iffy" from the get go.

We had good hatch rates, but they had heart issues. We lost them all but a couple in the first two years during periods of excessive heat. They also were the first of my birds and only ones to get an upper respiratory infection. Just wasn't meant to be, I guess, but I did fall in love with the breed thanks to them and start over with bieles. They were a good size and had great personalities.

Hmmm That would definitely deter me from trying to raise them.Thanks!I thought I had read this before and saw a video from another guy but wasn't sure if it was the same breed.Guess it was.
