IM LOSING CHICKENS (and im pretty sure its a weasel)

About a month ago, before I knew about this website, I lost 13 bantam chickens/chicks and 7 brand new, just from the brooder, Silver Penciled Wyandotte's. I was devastated because I love my chickens and I hate losing them. there was only one time that I found a chick laying dead in run and it had its head bit off. but the other 19 times I found no blood,no guts....NOTHING.... I really wish someone out there could help me bring closure in my chickens death. I've even tried catching the stupid thing but no luck.. luckily I'm getting 15 more Wyandotte's soon.. but this time I'm keeping them secure and they are gonna be golden laced Wyandotte's. thank you.

I would suggest investing in securing your coop/run before you get more chickens.

A game camera would help. Is there someone you can borrow one from? You also need to do some predator proofing and make sure you are locking the birds up at night in a predator proof coop.

At this point your place has been identified as an all you can eat buffet, securing the coop and run is the most effective as it addresses not just this predator but future ones as well. If you post some photos we can help you identify changes that need to be made

A game camera would help. Is there someone you can borrow one from? You also need to do some predator proofing and make sure you are locking the birds up at night in a predator proof coop.

I've tried that but no luck, I keep them locked up at all time in run and coop and even when all this was happening I kept them in coop but it still got in

It can be hard to figure out what took them. A motion sensing game cam can help figure it out.

Do you have pictures of your new secure coop?

i'm working on a new coop for the Wyandotte's and gonna try to fix up old coop also

This means your coop is not secure enough.
You need to make sure there is NO hole larger than an inch...anywhere.

i'm working on a new coop at the moment and gonna get electric poultry netting soon also to fix bantam coop

Hardwire cloth is pretty good.
