It's cold here! One of the challenges with winter & ducks is the constantly freezing water. Rubber dishes are a lifesaver.I am pondering how far to expand my flock this year. I have it in my head that I would like to keep more duck hens. I have some planned breeding groups for this spring that I am excited about. Purebred Welsh Harlequins, Cayuga, and a sex-link cross that I am super excited to see how goes. I am thinking perhaps I will keep some of the offspring of this cross.
