Im not 100% sure what I have!

My son won these two at a farm expo, and I just didn't have the heart to "get rid of them". So Now I am a chicken mom! They are 8 weeks old. I was given a white crested polish frizzle today as a birthday gift. They are separated right now, and Im not sure if he/she is big enough to tell the sex. I honestly have No idea how old it is.

Ive been told male and female, both female, and now two males lol Poor things don't even have a name yet

Those combs are too red, too early to be pullets. Pullets don't start to turn pink until they are close to laying age, usually around 14 to 18 weeks for most breeds.

These two are best friends. They walk as if they are glued at the hip.

I am positive that thy are hens! Check the back tail feathers they will normally be all lined up perfectly if they are hens!

The frizzled Polish is a bit young, probably five or six weeks old, but isn't showing any signs of being a cockerel. The two chicks that your son won both look like cockerels.
