Im over run with Call Ducklings

They are TOO FLIPPIN CUTE!! More pics of your BEAUTIFUL pond pleeeaassee!!!! Is it enclosed? Where do they sleep at night? I have a 1 acre farm pond and very worried about my 2 little calls out there with the runners and geese.....

Oh and congratulations on your baby! Boy or girl??

Thats pretty awesome. Most of the time only half hatch with calls. Nice job momma!

The pond is lined with the rubber liner,
They are in a fenced area in the back yard, they have a house we can lock them up in but they have been out on or around the pond since day 2 after hatch. Momma has had them ranging all around. The dogs were on that side of the yard so thats helped with predators, but there not on that side now to tempting with the little ones, but i do have traps out at the chicken coops (other side of fenced area) and get possoms and coons on occasion, there pretty feirce when it comes to protection. Before they were let out into the big pond an owl got into there small inclosure and there were raising cane and the wife just happen to here it and it spooked the owl off. That could have been a bad moring if she wasent in the laundry area and happen to hear them that night. They sleep on the egde of the pond at on the rocks or just under the deck thats at the edge of the pond. I will see if she has any more pics of the pond overall.
I Fdidnt know there was gennerly such a small hatch precentage, Guess its best to not know the average, therefor you can do better then average.
