You know what I need on FB? I need an Imp on FB. His wit would come in awful handy at times. But can I get him to sign up for FB? No!!!!

I have FB for a few reasons, 1 I am in contact with my extended family thru it, cousins I haven't seen in years. 2 I am in contact with old friends in california whom I haven't seen in years.
3 I am in contact with a few DH's friends who FB, who are also out of the immediate area, and my friends who are out of the immediate area, and 4 in contact with a few business people.
Although I have some that I got playing a few of the games so don't really know them.
I keep in contact with DH's friends, as their families will post stuff, they will post things on how they are doing or if there is an issue. And keeping in touch with my extended family and friends.

I did have to come to a harsh reality that I needed to bump up my privacy settings due to being cyber stalked by a fruit loop, and that I should only have pictures of good and wholesome things on there.
Just in case. But pretty much any pics are of horses, chickens, snow, pets, and ones that have my extended family in them.
Don't have pictures of you and friends partying it up or open booze containers, or semi naughty ones you thought only your SO would see.
Apparently employers, parents, and others are able to see somethings, or thru your online friends can see somethings that can get you fired, or prevent you from being hired...
Just saying...

OK, Gritty shamed into signing up, but gosh, not sure I can figure it out.

I'll have more time tonight and this weekend. I'm seeing a lot of BYCers I recognise, a lot I don't. And I've gotten a ton of requests from people I may have known decades ago. (There's a reason I haven't kept in touch.) And a lot of friend requests in foreign languages. ???
I'm guessing these are automatic somehow, cause I don't believe all these people are waiting up for me to sign up for facebook. But you never know. I am fimpy you know.

I myself am a newbie to facebook, only a couple of months in it (hubbys job wouldn't allow us to have it ) but he changed jobs. I like it
