I'm sad. Click just died

She was fine yesterday, running around with Clack n Cluck but today just lying upstairs. I took her to the vet. They gave her an antibiotic injection and fluid under her skin. She died just after I got her home. She didn't really ever have any symptoms until today. The vet thought she was too thin. I'm going to worm the other 2 girls but do you think they will get it too? This was a very expensive trip to the vet.

It's hard to lose your chicken friends. It sounds like yours was very entertaining. I get so attached to mine, it's ridiculoous. It sounds like a shock for you too - very sudden. My condolences.

so sorry to hear. It is so upsetting when that happens and we don't have answers. I have had a couple of my hens die for no apparent reason and you just wonder if what you are doing is the right thing? Hope your other girls stay well.
