
I notice that most often my refrigerator is empty. I keep very few things there. There is a possibility I will get rid of it next year. Why pay to run something i dont use. I have canned vegetables and fruit for years but have started working on meats. The circle ham canned well but I dunno about this country ham. It scares me a little. I wont be using it to eat but moreso to cook with. I usually keep chunks in the freezer to add to beans etc. Anyone else can meats?
I do like the look of mostly home canned goods
