Thanks the egg was all the way out but it was held by membrane I have cut it off and she seems better hopeing for the best

I just got back from a 3 1/2 day trip. I hatched out 3 White Ameraucana babies, my broodies hatched out 9 chicks so far...setting 65+ more eggs in the 'bator today... hope you all are doing well.

We have around 50-70 cows. Our milkcow is a full blood Jersey.

Why would you grow out a Jersey to eat? Why not a Angus or something?
