I'm so concerned about newly hatched chick

Mom got off her nest two days before this little one was born. So I hatched this sweetie out in the incubator.
However, his left foot/toes are not developed property.
Is this a death sentence?
I think "peanut" is a d'uccle

I think she'll live just fine. I've heard of chickens living without feet at all! Does it look like the toes are curled or what? It's hard to tell in the pics.
