Oh, yes! High tech!
Oh, my! Thanks for the memory! Peacock blue was my favorite too!Reminds me of the (fairly brief) fad for fountain pens where you could choose from lots of different ink cartridge colors. (My fave was "peacock blue".)I think I was in 4th or 5th grade...
Of course they leaked when you put in/removed ink cartridges and there were some blots when writing, but that liquid ink was fun... I had peacock blue stains on my index & middle finger most days.

It was the only one I remembered besides one with like a triangle and shooting star or something.Heeeellll no! That was definitely not my style, my little pony was where it's at
If memory serves me right I think I had one with a Lamborghini on it.It was the only one I remembered besides one with like a triangle and shooting star or something.
I never had one![]()
I can remember when I was in the first grade about the adults talking about people losing their minds. I wondered back then if I would ever lose mine. More than once I've been asked "Have you lost your ever loving mind". That's always a possibility.
I did that to and kept my little battery radio on really quiet. Those were the daysBooks! With covers and pages and pictures. It took two hands to hold them and you had to have a light source over your shoulder to read them because they didn't glow. Reading under the covers at night with a flashlight
and mom hollering, "Turn that light off and go to bed!" Or during the day, "Get your nose out of that book!"
Sigh. Reading was my worst vice. What a little rebel I was!![]()
