Those are so beautiful, what a wonderful show piece.
I love fancy, old opera glasses.
Before DD we had season tickets to the New Orleans Opera, though I have no regrets and wouldn't change a thing, I still miss going to the opera. (sigh)

Have you ever been in the Orpheum theater? I have once and thought it had the most amazing architecture. It was built in or around 1921 or something and it makes you wonder how did they do such an amazing job with the architecture way back then. I'd love to go again but unfortunately I won't be cause of the crime. It's not worth mine or wife's life.
