I don't care what people think of how my shoes look. Crocs are comfortable, they're quick to slip on, and they're useful for quick chores around the homefront or to the garden center. Don't like 'em, don't wear 'em.

I did need a new pair of mud boots so I got the normal muck boots and also a pair of these short mucks. I'm actually liking these odd little boots. Haven't even worn the tall ones yet.

Yeah, I have pairs of both short and long boots as well. I tend to use my short ones more often cause they’re easier to get on and off and I usually get a size up too so that I can wear thicker socks with them when needed.

Especially when first breaking them in…Good god, ankle blisters are no joke.

I’ve tried those before but they always seemed to rub off cause of how much I moved around. I pretty much have calluses on the backs of my ankles from wearing steel toe work boots so much at this point.

Well.. my nostalgic sounds a song...but sharing it anyway .
My dad singing "If silence is golden". He didn't sing it the way Lynn Anderson did. His version was beautiful and poignant in a way hers misses. He passed away about 20 years ago and I'll never hear it sung that way again. Unless I magically develop decent singing pipes of my own

I was too old for Shaun Cassidy. (God rest his soul). And I do remember when 8-track players first became an option in your vehicle.
But then I remember when your car came with AM radio and AM/FM was an option.
I had a ford F-1 truck that had an after factory radio.

Yup - and TWO keys ... one for the door and one for the ignition!
