I'm so old I Remember when:

Hank Williams, SR was from a town near where I live now. There is a museum for him not to far away.... Need to lock the hens up and go one day.

I'm so old I listened to him on the Grand Ole Opry with my parents and grand parents in the early 50's.
I have a very eclectic taste in music, I like "almost" everything. But Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, and George Jones will always be my top 3. :love

I remember when newspapers were delivered by kids.
I remember delivering newspapers at the VA hospital and most of the patients could be found in the smoking room.
I remember when you could buy cigarettes in the hospital.
I remember when no waitresses wanted to work the tiny non-smoking section because non-smokers tipped bad.
I remember doing nuclear bomb drills in school. Huddling under the desk because that would some how protect you.
And I remember my very first computer. It used a small black and white TV for a monitor, was made by Texas Instrument, had 1 megabyte of working memory and no storage memory. You had to type each program in before you could run it.
