Any one else remember making spud guns and zip guns out of bicycle spokes and pellets and powder from a shotgun shell?

Me and a couple coworkers had to repaint one side of a fire station. We built oneand didn't realize how much potato juice stains red paint.. some pvc, a BBQ grill igniter and some aqua net made for fun times.

I remember when you could buy a bone in rump roast for Sunday dinner. Now they are a chunk of mystery red meat without that bone to carve around.

We used to have Milk Bottle 5 and dime stores where I was as a kid. The buildings looked exactly like an old milk bottle. Last time I went back the old milk bottle buildings were gone.

Had to go see if I could find a picture of the old milk bottle buildings. Glad I did. Found out it had burned down buts been rebuilt And found out I remember it as a 5 and dime but it was built to sell dairy...
