I'm so old I Remember when:

Learning to type with a manual typewriter. If you made too much of a mistake you had to start the page all over.

Boy would I have loved to have a computer back then.
And when using carbon paper for the second legal copy was such a pain.

Oh yes! We used tons in school. I always liked the strips instead of the brush on. That looked neater and would pass our teachers inspection a bit easier. :lol:
She would tear your work in half and give it back to you if she saw a lot of corrections. She was tough but a very good teacher.
