I can remember when there was no key required to start a vehicle. Just push the starter button.

I also remember when there was no ignition/steering lock.

I can also remember when the light dimmer switch was on the floor. Took awhile getting used to that change.

Remember when windshield wipers and turn indicators were not standard equipment when you bought a vehicle? They were add ons that you had to pay extra for, (once someone came up with the idea and then invented it).
