Henry Kissinger died Wednesday. I had no clue he was even still alive!

My mother was not fond of him at all but said he was a very smart man.

If I could go back to 19 I would do many things differently. First would be no horses! I am sure my back and hips would appreciate that!

Next would be to make a fortune and retire by 40! And get whole bunch of chooks be the crazy chicken lady.

Oh wait I am a crazy chicken lady…. Seems all roads lead to ‘here’….!

Part of getting along is trying to find something to like about people - even those you generally dislike. I believe it's a big part of civility, something sadly lacking on the internet and the "news" now-a-days.

I'm so old I remember film cases which you would have to drop off to get developed.

You had to buy different products if you wanted to do what cell phones do now:

camera, camcorder/video camera, recorder, slide machine/photo album, computer/an encyclopedia, a land line phone, board games, phone book/address book, pager/stationary/typewriter

More time that passes... we will all be like in the movie Wall-E
