I'm so old I remember film cases which you would have to drop off to get developed.

You had to buy different products if you wanted to do what cell phones do now:

camera, camcorder/video camera, recorder, slide machine/photo album, computer/an encyclopedia, a land line phone, board games, phone book/address book, pager/stationary/typewriter

More time that passes... we will all be like in the movie Wall-E

I miss phone books. I'm sure cell phones can fill that need...but I always knew how to use the phone book and updates didn't change that

Updates…
I can’t even type this message now without something going wrong just because they updated my phone. Computers are the same way, I do not love the new Microsoft word. Thankfully I still have an older version.

Yes, I remember we would drop the film role off and then go shopping for a couple hours till it was done. Most of the pictures didn’t turn out. I still have our Canon camera.

I remember when Sears was still in decent business and they would have a photography center where you could get your photo professionally taken (at least ours did). We did that a couple times.

I never saw one of those, they look interesting. Where were they? Could you buy cheese and butter and ice cream or just milk?
I do, however, remember Brew Thru's but not where I live now. Are they still a thing?

No, they no longer exist. As a kid I would buy milk and chocolate milk while taking a bike ride. I don't remember if they sold anything else. It was located in Florida.
