I get you…I’m the oldest, have one sister six years younger and no friends growing up. I had to use my imagination and we played outside a lot! Pretend summer camp, operated a ski resort in winter, made recipes out of different plants. I think parents are more protective of their oldest (especially if it’s a girl) because they’re afraid to let go, having never done it before. Mine are still trying to navigate those waters (and I’ll be 23 this year). It’s nice though to find young people trying to live normallyNo, I'm the oldest and all my friends ditched me. I've accepted now that I have to wait until I'm old enough, they probably won't let me for another 7 years.
My mum has also said that because I'm a girl I have to wait longer, and that if I were a boy I would be allowed to.
No problem if you add these.
I like power windows...as long as they work. They aren't so nice when they stop working...I remember vehicles with roll down windows - so glad that we have power windows now.
O how I hated electric windows when they came out! The old crank windows never broke. I did have a crank handle break once, but the repair was so easy I could do it myself. I enjoy electric windows now that they don't break so often... except my dog is very very good at rolling down the windows while I'm drivingI remember vehicles with roll down windows - so glad that we have power windows now.
And remember the high beam switch was on the floor and you had to press it with your foot to engage/disengage the high beams![]()

My sister's dog actually rolled the window up onto his throat one time and they had to pull over and rescue him. I always have my windows locked because my dog would do that same thingO how I hated electric windows when they came out! The old crank windows never broke.
