I remember mood rings & pet rocks

I remember my older cousin fixing her hair using Dippity-Do & huge curlers with a hair dryer that had a long tube for the hot air to blow into a shower cap looking hat she wore over all those fat rollers.

Awesome I remember it was grim trying to wear flip flops and press that dimmer switch!

Yeah, when I was younger I'd kick those flip flops off to drive.

I remember when there was 1 phone in the kitchen, Harvest Gold color, mounted on the wall, rotary dial. We'd have to stand up the entire conversation, as the cord was only 6 feet long. So we bought an extra long curly cord, 25 feet, & we could stretch it out to sit down & talk, but that always got tangled up & took 15 minutes to untangle.
