I used to sit and read the two encyclopedia sets we had for *hours*! The section on horses was particularly well loved.

I would have thought central-vac would be widely used these days! Most homes here are built with central vac these days.

It's the same thing as a pie safe. You put your foods in it so they didn't get bugs landing on them

I never watched Sesame Street

It would have been a thing when my kids were little, but they were too busy for tv too.

I had about 30 Louis L'Amour paperbacks but most of them disappeared.

I have all of them in paperback that were printed before he died. One of them is autographed by him.

I had, and read, all his books. I also wrote to him a couple of times and he responded, twice. Sadly, in all my travels, his letters have been lost. He used a brown typewriter ribbon, lol.
