I used to sit and read the two encyclopedia sets we had for *hours*! The section on horses was particularly well loved.
I would have thought central-vac would be widely used these days! Most homes here are built with central vac these days.

I had about 30 Louis L'Amour paperbacks but most of them disappeared.
I had, and read, all his books. I also wrote to him a couple of times and he responded, twice. Sadly, in all my travels, his letters have been lost. He used a brown typewriter ribbon, lol.I have all of them in paperback that were printed before he died. One of them is autographed by him.
