As a tech nerd you're better off with whatever works, and generally that's Linux for desktop and Android for mobile. Much cheaper. You're not missing much
I used to really want Apple stuff. Well, one Android device later and the freedom was too compelling.I've never given in to the hype of the overpriced Apple stuff either.![]()
I got to experience using an i phone with i pad for work and a samsung phone and tablet for personal use side by side everyday for 13 years. Me personally i prefer the android platform leaps and bounds over apple. As a tech nerd you're better off with whatever works, and generally that's Linux for desktop and Android for mobile. Yeah, Android has quite a few features Apple desperately needs.I got to experience using an i phone with i pad for work and a samsung phone and tablet for personal use side by side everyday for 13 years. Me personally i prefer the android platform leaps and bounds over apple.
I will say though, business wise apple but for ordinary everyday personal use Android
A park we used to go to when we were young had tire swings. I liked ‘em.Speaking of which, does anyone remember tire swings? We used to have one at my old elementary school playground but they took it down after some kid got his head cracked open when him and his friends were swinging it around too roughly. He hit that top bar that was holding it up and fell to the ground like a sack of you-know-what.
ETA: I had also built my own tire swing that is hidden in the woods of a monument nearby somewhere…Last time I checked, the rope was still there but someone stole my tire or probably busted their arse trying to ride it. I have no regrets![]()
Grew up with a tire swing hanging from a huge cherry tree. When we moved my father put one up from an oak tree. It was too far from the house to get the use the first one got.Speaking of which, does anyone remember tire swings?
