I was shown how to shift a 5 + 4 once. Only drove that 18 wheeler on the highway. City streets and docking was handled by the CDL holder. This was in the '80s so I'm pretty sure any statues have limitated by now.I just worked the clutch. I tried showing off one night with who is now by wife by speed shifting. Many states do not have a Statute of Limitations. In those states, no crimes expire.I'm pretty sure any statues have limitated by now.
And then there were just two.
Ours were made of clam shells. In the spring you walked gingerly but by summer our feet had toughened and we were running down the street.I'm so old I remember growing up on a street that was made out of clay. After every heavy rain it had to be graded again because cars cut ruts several inches deep. We had to park our bikes and walk on the lawns to get to where the street was paved and had sidewalks.
Our road was like that up until 2 years before I moved here. (About 10 years ago)I'm so old I remember growing up on a street that was made out of clay.
