I'm so old I Remember when:

I know of one other very large cement block home that was built with attached garage for $25,000 in the early 60's that would cost well over $300,000 in today's dollars. It was built by one of my in-laws.

Back in 1970 my parents bought their first and only house for about $8000. Three bedroom bungalow with an unfinished basement on a corner lot in suburbia. I was 3 and I still remember moving there and repeatedly asking the little girl across the street what her name was and her annoyed reply!

I'm so old I remember the Fridays in gym class when we did this. This older couple looks to be about our age now and look at the classy act they can still do... 3 minutes of pure class.

Not going to lie, I'm kind of glad I'm not that old. A lot of Fridays we played dodgeball.

We dressed out for sports 4 days a week and then got to mingle with the girls on Fridays.
