I'm so old I Remember when:

I think our environment now have more toxic in it and life is simply stressful than many years before. This is causing many ill health.

I read something about micro plastic and recently it says that teabag has small portion of plastic. I thought it was just some sort of thick paper. I drink so many teabags.......

I have no problem with vegans, but my strength doubled in the first few months I went back to eating animals protein. can't deny it's the best thing for you
To each their own to be sure. BUT, I cook and am constantly watching cooking shows or searching recipes and what I’ve noticed, and what I find funny, is how the vegan cooks seem to have to create such complicated recipes just to make it taste like something good.

Yes, microplastics are in everything, well, plastic. And are in us. Among other, very unhealthy things

I have switched to loose tea.
I should say switched back to as I remember when my Dad first got teabags as a convenience item.

My vegan cousin told me I was a horrible human for eating meat. I was 12 at the time btw. I decided to go vegan and my Mom did her best to help me make meals but I was the only one who ate vegan. I stopped at 15 after I was eating some veggies and my brother made himself a cheese burger. It looked so good I cried and then my brother made me one and I ate like 3. haven't looked back since.
Your cousin sounds like a horrible human for saying that :(.

We try and eat cows that are raised well here. That way I can have guilt-free dinner.

I need to convince The Parents (or really, Mom) on buying a thing of loose leaf tea. I already hate having to toss the tea bag every day. I'd be happier with the loose leaf as far as I'm concerned.

The sickest people I have known in my life were also the cleanest--everything spotless, clorox on any kind of spill, microwave the paper towels type clean.

And yet their kids catch every little chill or bug, and of course Mom keeps a stock of antibiotics on hand jic. Most of them know the hospital staff by name because they go in for every scrape.

I'm almost surprised those kids survived to adulthood.

Childhood allergies were almost unheard of when I was a kid. One girl was allergic to milk. Another claimed to be allergic to water--she could only drink koolaid.

It would be interesting to see their kids.
