I did in Arizona as recently as 2010. By the time I got it all hung out I could go back and start taking it down and it would be dry. Not here in MO, though, it's so humid here it practically never dries on the line.

Me often. I rarely use a dryer though I do have one. I do use it for towels because it makes them softer than line drying.

Me. Whenever it's warm enough to dry the clothes, I dry them on the line.

No because I'm allergic to everything that grows here. Allergens all over my clean, wet clothes would be a Very Bad Idea.

I hang some wet clothes on a drying rack in the tub and keep the window closed until they're dry.
