I'm so old I Remember when:

I remember watching the first alleged moon landing on tv and how they used to show the casualty figures from vietnam on the evening news. I had a pair of bell bottoms with flowers on them that my aunt the hippy sewed for me. Those were strange times to grow up in even by today's standards.

I loved bell bottom pants
And still do

The different colors of ink

The pieces were easy to break and I would want to get a new one
I remember the pins that hold the rings on the paper went from an actual tiny stick pin to plastic

• Phone booths - and calls were a dime.
• Photo mat booths - and it took weeks to get your photos back.
• Black and white TV with 8 channels and rabbit ear antennas.
• Movie theaters that always played double-features.
• Winter boots that were "slickers" - you put your foot in, shoes and all. Mom slipped an old bread bag over your shoe so you could get your foot in.
• The Pledge of Allegence, every morning, in school
• Manual typewriters, taking note hand, being graded on cursive penmanship

Who knows what this is?

That is a portable hair dryer. I once attempted to modify one into a hovercraft. Proof of concept worked but the practical application was less than desired. On another note, my grandmother wasn’t happy with me.

A Lil later but I do have an almost massive collection of late 80s, 90s girbaud jeans and shorts. Cassettes to as a side note. Nothing like good analog music. Oh and my garbage pail kids too. All the above actual period stuff no new redo.

I can remember getting Indian head pennies for change.
