I hear ya …. Have you had a sleep study? You likely have sleep apnea.

I had one done, I have moderate apnea and should use a cpap, but didn’t want to have a mask on my face…. But getting to the point we’re I need to get one. So completely exhausted all the time. And then there is my RLS that keeps me up.
