Those are NEW. I remember when Hummels were a serious financial investments!

I remember those too, my aunt in Michigan has them all, I swear. She also collects those blue dishes, Wedgwood I think? What a waste of money. I guess one man's trash is another man's treasure!

Hummel's weren't waste before the turn of this century. Some sold for thousands of dollars. The bulk went for two-three hundred for any discontinued statue. There were many grandmas who planned to retire or put their grands through college on them. Now, you'd be lucky to get ten or twenty for pretty much any of them.
