I have been a morning person my whole life!
....Yes, I am one of those annoying people that jump out of the bed and start singing and dancing right away

But lately Im lucky if I can get my eyes open. Usually Im up before the alarm clock goes off but these past couple weeks I feel like I have lead weights on my eyes. Im tired till about 2 hours AFTER I get up.

I dont know what it is! I cut all sodas out of my life and drink 1 coffee a day (3 scoops of sugar and french vanilla creamer) and water, I eat a healthier cereal (Rasin Bran, Honey Nut Cheerios), friut for snacks, peanut butter and honey sammi for lunch, and a meat/veggie/ and maybe another side for dinner.
I get 8 hours of sleep at night.
What is going on? Im eating better getting outside A LOT more and still I cant hardly open my eyes in the morning

Hormones? Could be age? Could be.....pregnant????????? Lots of things affect sleep and energy levels.

Are you very tired earlier in the evening than normal, too? That sounds a bit like pregnant to me, too.

How has your quality of sleep been? I know that when I get up a lot during the night with kiddos, even if I "sleep" 9 hours, I'm dragging through the next day.

I hope you figure it out soon, so you're feeling more like yourself!

Could be this odd weather we have had here in GA, there are days I can hardly get outside to feed everyone, it takes all the strength I have.

I am NOT preggo! Dont even think it! You jinx me and Ill jinx you right back!
Plus Im only on the 2nd year of my 5 year birth control

I may wake up a couple times during the night but I just look at the clock and go right back to sleep

Im only 22 so could age be a factor?
I have always been a tad bit anemic but it has never caused me to be this tired.. Plus Iron pills makes my tummy hurt
Maybe it is the weather. What does weather do?

Plus Iron pills makes my tummy hurt

Ditto. Try cooking in cast iron. That way some of the iron from the cookware is on your food. Helps keep your iron levels up.

If you have been outside a whole lot more than usual. It could be allergies. I did not do the sneezing drippy nose stuff, I did the have to lie down and can't drag myself around to do anything thing stuff. Try an over the counter like claritin. DO NOT TAKE BENEDRIL. You think you are tired now...benadryl will X10 that. It works great for stings and emergencies, but not for daily use.

I'm tired all the time, too. I used to be a very busy energetic person. In the last year, I'm lucky if I get 1 thing done per day. I have to take a nap every day. The tiredness is a real embarassment to me. I keep thinking people think I'm lazy, but that's just not it.

Well, now you know how all of us NON-morning people feel! LOL

Maybe a trip to the doc is in order. Get your Hemoglobin checked. They have lots of different kinds or iron supplements these days that are easier to take.
