Im still having issues finding feed.

I have jumbos which need high protein, 28%. I'm feeding 24% starter now. Supplementing with meal worms. I have never used medicated feed for any poultry, but I found a 28% medicated turkeys feed.

Can I use medicated feed and, if not, why not. I like to know the reasons of all this stuff!!

Me too!!! Just went into Costal and they have no chick feed.

With medicated you mean antibiotics?
If so, I would not recomend it.

I started with poultry, because I didn't want to eat these mass produced, chemical charged eggs, from the supermarkets.

By the way, I relized, that the proteine recommendation in the US is much higher, then in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Here, for mature coturnix quails, the recommendation is max. 20%. Most sources report of a higher risk of eggbound with more proteine.
28% is more the starter proteine for the first 4 weeks here.

3 weeks. I was told they need to stay on high protein feed to maintain weight. I may just make do with what I have here. If you cant find it on the internet easily there must not be much of a demand.

My birds are definitely growing and healthy, and frankly, I'm tired of chasing my tail.

Keep on feeding your feed. Without medics.
On beginning of week 6 lower the proteine step by step to 20% by mixing normal mature feed to your starter.

Most recommendations are hard on max to get most results on meat and eggs.
This isn't really healthy for the birds.

Sounds like your birds are healthy.... .

By the way, I am also running low on starter feed, as my delivery is also late.
I am also mixing starter and mature feed at the moment. My chicks are 2 weeks old.
I am sure, they will not die or anything else bad will happen. Maybe they will weight some gramms less with 8 weeks, but they will not be ill!
