I haven't had too much luck finding breeders online so I figured I'd ask here.
I live in Victoria British Columbia in Canada.
Does anyone know of any breeders on Vancouver Island or breeders on the mainland that could ship here?
If so do you have contact information/websites?
Some of the breeds that I'm looking for include:
Barnevelders
Welsummers
Orpingtons
Wyandottes
Araucanas
Silkies
Dorkings

I'd really appreciate any help! Thanks.

Briarwood Poultry (briarwoodpoultry.weebly.com) is on Vancouver Island... and McMurray does not ship or deliver across the border, you have to pick up the chicks at a PO box in the USA and carry them over yourself. There is also westcoastfarm.webs.com. As long as you have everything lined up, you can order McMurray chicks, but you have to drive to the border and arrange a PO box.

What does one need to show the douane when crossing over with chicks?

You need a recent NPIP/Health certification, and to say they are for pets, not commercial use (that helps). When you make an order from Canada with McMurray, you need to order over the phone, they will include a certificate for 75$ USD, and vaccinate all of the chicks, this is also necessary. I always buy 75 chicks or more, so I'm not paying extra dollars on chicks. You will also need to buy a PO box, and trust they will call you when the chicks arrive. You can check the border agency website for ALL the details, the rules apply differently for turkey, and other fowl.

Thank you
I am still hoping i can find ameracaunas on the quebec side to save the hassle
The douane at the border said it was not allowed to import chicks and ducklings
